Vertex Aerospace LLC T45 Control Specialist 1 Madison MS

Summary:

Responsible for administrative coordination activities, repair and distribution of assigned programs aircraft inventory. Maintains material data information for programs budget requirements.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

1. Inventory Management

2. Invoices

3. Dealing with Coworkers/Customers/Public

4. Create purchase buy requisitions

5. Generate and process paperwork for Import/Export controlled parts

Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience.

Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a public trust position (if required for the position).

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (if required for the position).

*

Must be able to work weekends, other shifts and overtime as required.

*

The essential physical requirements of the position will be reviewed with the applicant during the interview.

Some travel will be required.

Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
