We are looking for an experienced technician with a talent for analysis and assessment to join an existing team working on the commercial side of MRO operations. Your main duty will be to assess the viability (both operational and financial) of various maintenance schemes to create an extensive report, including recommendation and suggestions for changes that will improve efficiency and profitability. 
These can be in respect of regular scheduled maintenance and  upgrade or modification projects for individual aircraft right through to SB/AD embodiment across entire fleets of aircraft - you will be a key player in deciding the best approach to a given set of problems, and explaining justifying your decisions to various stakeholders.    

To be considered you will ideally have an engineering degree and some experience within aircraft maintenance, strong analytical and good communication skills and a sound commercial grounding.
