Job Role:

Print, coordinate and prioritize Business and Leisure travel requests for employees, management team and vendors traveling as required to maintain and support interdepartmental requirements on a daily basis. Support and maintain the Spirit Operational strategy
by negotiating and administering the most cost effective way to meet the needs of each individual department. Updating and analyzing the variant environments that our business requires us to do business and always conscience of the safety, comfort, and convenience
as well as cost comparisons.

Key Requirements:

* Ability to asses a request and process in a timely matter.
* Adequate knowledge of vendors, locations, cost effective measure based on case by case requests.

* In-Depth knowledge of various booking platforms that support Spirit’s Business Strategy.

* Possess a general knowledge air, hotel and ground transportation policies and procedures.

* Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
* Comfortably handle interaction with third party representatives.
* Excellent Customer Service Skills and able to multi task effectively.
* Be on-call at all times for any last minute change or emergency travel.
* Manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Required skills/experience:

* Must be proficient in MS Office, Applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Airline/Travel Industry background preferred.
* Demonstrates knowledge of geography and air schedule familiarity preferred.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
