A fantastic opportunity has become available for an additional TKI Instructor to join the current instructor team based in CAE Oxford.
• License: EASA
• TKI experience preferable
• Previous experience in teaching ATPL subjects preferable
• Ab Initio ATPL lecturing experience advantageous
• Must have the right to work and live in Europe
• English language proficiency level: Minimum ICAO level 5
• A working knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations
• Must have basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel and other Internet based programs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mind set
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Ability to adapt style to global client base
Essential job functions
• Deliver a minimum productivity level during TKI training
• Maintain a high standard of student reports, assessments and records
• Pastoral care and counselling of students as appropriate
• Support OAA to achieve overall customer service standards
• Any other tasks as required by the Theoretical lead instructor
• Meet instructional standards at each standardization review
• Contribute and assist in the development of training materials (new and existing) as appropriate to a quality standard as defined by the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor
