Role Purpose

To carry out MAINTENANCE of aircraft Avionics / Mechanical components in accordance with manufacturers, vendors and airworthiness requirements.

Key Accountability

To carry out assigned job on component overhaul and repair effeciently and in accordance with the approved methods/ procedures and carry out other duties assigned by the superior.
To facilitate the maintenance of test equipment & tools, power supplies, associated facilities and maintain records of such maintenance
To ensure safety precautions and procedures are observed at all times and complied to the Safety Regulations and Company Procedures
To ensure good housekeeping of work area by carrying our daily and weekly housekeeping.

Working Experience

3 years of working experience

Skills & Knowledge

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
Sound knowledge on aircraft component maintenance and engineering activities and processes
Possess good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to handle technical and people matters
Good knowledge on all safety and regulatory requirements by Regulatory bodies

Key Challenges

1.Equipment and toolings support is available and sufficient for smooth component workshops operation.
2.Sufficient spares available and on time

3. Lack Of Training on Equipment and Component
