Position: Technical Supervisor
Location: Delhi
Qualification: AME Diploma OR Diploma in Engineering. OR Higher Secondary with many years maintenance background
Age: 25 - 40 Years
Experience From: 5 Years - 0 Months
Experience To: 10 Years - 0 Months
Key Requirement for the Position Technical supervisor ensures that aircraft maintenance is carried out keeping highest level of airworthiness
& safety standards. Ensures proper management of technicians is done in the shift & gives complete
handover to the next shift should there be an overspill of work. He/She also ensures that maintenance
activities are carried out as per procedures laid down in relevant manuals .Ensures close coordination with
maintenance manager & MCC
Job Description 1. Monitors all the maintenance activities in his shift.
2. Manages the manpower requirement. He will do duty allocation to the staff under his shift.
3. Co-ordinates with Maintenance Controller and Shift/Base In-charge for shift activities.
4. Co-ordinates with stores for material requirement.

Ensures the tasks given by the Line maintenance manager / shift in charge for the day to day work is
accomplished in the scheduled time.

Identifies, organizes for necessary tools, equipment, spares, etc. for any planned work if such tools
and equipment are not available with GoAir he/she will liaison with other organization for such
special needs or from other approved sources.
7.
Liaises with Engineering Facilities Division (EFD), Ground handling provider, any other vendor
responsible for cabin/exterior cleaning.
8. Responsibility to organize, positioning of aircraft for revenue service as per the policy, when needed.
9.
Ensures the proper towing of aircraft whenever any towing takes place. To liaison with Apron control
for obtaining clearance for aircraft towing / Engine run up movement before commencement of
towing.
10.
Imparts necessary training for staff under his control, the usage procedures in regard of tools and
equipment, etc.
11. Ensures all maintenance is carried out to the highest standard, safety, etc.
12. Ensure compliance of company procedures by all staff under his control.
13. Carries out all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
