As a member of the of the Stobart Air’s Technical Services department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Airline’s avionic programme.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the Airline’s Airworthiness Directive programme.
- Airworthiness Directive review, evaluation, set up and compliance verification.
- Service Bulletin, modification and STC management.
- Support aircraft delivery and redelivery programmes.
- Liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Type Certificate Holders, Regulatory Bodies.
- Provide technical support to line and heavy maintenance and other internal departments where required.
- Follow up of reliability exceedances and occurrences.
- Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.
Minimum Requirements;
- Hold an EASA Part 66 B2 License or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical engineering or similar discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years post qualification Avionics experience in Airline, Maintenance provider or similar environment.
- An understanding of EASA Part M & EASA Part 145 regulations.
- An ability to read and understand technical aircraft documentation.
Desirable requirements;
- Experience in a technical services environment.
- Be very well organised with good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working to strict deadlines on multiple tasks and projects as part of a team.
- Take responsibility for tasks, with the ability to see projects through to fruition.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Be flexible during busy periods.
Working hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
