As a member of the of the Stobart Air’s Technical Services department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Airline’s avionic programme.

 Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the Airline’s Airworthiness Directive programme.
  • Airworthiness Directive review, evaluation, set up and compliance verification.
  • Service Bulletin, modification and STC management.
  • Support aircraft delivery and redelivery programmes.
  • Liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Type Certificate Holders, Regulatory Bodies.
  • Provide technical support to line and heavy maintenance and other internal departments where required.
  • Follow up of reliability exceedances and occurrences.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.

 Minimum Requirements;

  • Hold an EASA Part 66 B2 License or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical engineering or similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualification Avionics experience in Airline, Maintenance provider or similar environment.
  • An understanding of EASA Part M & EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • An ability to read and understand technical aircraft documentation.

 Desirable requirements;

  • Experience in a technical services environment.
  • Be very well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working to strict deadlines on multiple tasks and projects as part of a team.
  • Take responsibility for tasks, with the ability to see projects through to fruition.
  • Be an effective communicator.
  • Be flexible during busy periods.

Working hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
