Technical Record Officer

Main responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to review & scrutinize technical data, Scanning & Archiving customer’s maintenance documents, Preparation of documents for C of A /ARC.

Main activities:

* Segregation of Work Package Order/ Work order as per A/c Reg, date and Section wise, checking the data in DFP for the Correctness and cross verifying the same with AMASIS system for proper recording.

* Updating the Records inventory for the Received/archived documents.

* Scanning and Uploading of WPO/WO/TECHLOGS/NRC and relevant documents to FTS+ server for the storage and retrieval of information.

* Archiving all the documents as per date, Aircraft and section wise in the relevant folders in technical records storage area.

* Updating Aircraft Hrs./Cyc day wise and Major components replacements, if any, in respective Airframe/Engine/Radio operators logbooks, pasting the Modification Log entries in the respective section of Operators Airframe Logbooks.

Skills:

* CAMO operations

* Aviation ERP systems

* Experience: Total Aviation experience of 4 years. 2 year’s experience in Quality / Maintenance Planning / Technical Records

* Education : University (Bachelors) /AME Diploma
