Job Role:
For our Hahn Airport location, we are looking to fill the following position: Technical Instructor B2 Part-147 (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Training staff and other students according to the requirements of the aviation authority regulations
- Maintaining a high quality of the training
- Designing and developing processes to ensure efficient delivery of other AC types for training including practical parts
- Instruction of type trainings (theory and practice)
- Performing other duties such as providing management and training assistance to HAITEC staff
- Actively working towards an improvement of daily processes
- Evaluation, planning and preparation of training materials and exam questions
- We offer the possibility to work as a Part-145 B2 controller to ensure a valid B2 license with the registered aircraft types
Your Profile
- Train The Trainer certificate or ADA certificate
- EASA CAT B2 licensed engineer with training knowledge, CAT C license is a plus
- More than five years’ experience in aviation training, preferably with experience in Part 147/66
- Experience in managing trainings with large groups
- Experience in preparation of training material
- Experience in aircraft line and base maintenance
- Experience in airworthiness data such as MPD, MRB, AMM, SB, IPC, STC etc.
- Good understanding of aviation legislation
- Advanced computer und maintenance software skills such as AirNAV
- Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
- Solid decision-making and communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
