TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR

Join us as a Technical Instructor and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Toronto, Ontario.
As a Technical Instructor, you will teach new staff the skills to maintain the equipment, also when key defects or failure trends are noted specific coaching plans will be developed and delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide the Job Training (OJT) to maintenance staff in all aspects of the job;
- Conduct formal classroom instruction;
- Support and implement training sessions to improve skills, knowledge and competencies of maintenance employees;
- Monitor equipment failures and review those failures against the Maintenance Instructions to determine if there a skill improvement required;
- Monitor new hire progression during the probationary period.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- High School;
- Four (4) years of experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
