Role Purpose
Develop and conduct Training courses, exams, aircraft structured practical training and assessment of aircraft task to support the Company, Industry, Department of Civil Aviation of Malaysia (DCAM) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other Regulatory requirements.
Key Accountability
1. Develop and updates EASA, DCAM and other Company’s Training courses in order to fulfill internal and external training needs.
2. Conduct Theoretical and Practical Training courses in order to meet the Company’s operational requirements.
3. Generate, review and amend questions of knowledge examination to ensure compliance with the requirement of training organization approval by DCAM, EASA and other regulatory bodies.
4. Invigilate and carry out marking of examination papers in accordance to the regulatory requirements.
5. Develop, review and amend all training material to ensure compliance with the requirement of training organization approval by DCAM, EASA and other regulatory bodies.
Qualification & Working Experience
*
Degree in any related field with at least 2 years’ experience in Airline Engineering & Maintenance or Professional qualification (DCAM, License with Aircraft Type Approval) with 4 years’ experience in Airline Engineering & Maintenance.
Skills & Knowledge
* Possess high and updated technical knowledge of the particular subject being taught.
* Possess the ability to put across knowledge to receptive students such that the required level of knowledge
* Achieved within the prescribed time limit of the particular subject training
* Utilise the latest training/exams/practical techniques, human factors, current technology and practices
Key Challenge
1. Quality of TrainingDelivery to Students during Class.
2. Develop and upkeep with new training methodology and industry updates.
3. Meeting Customers expectation.
