Here is the description of a TEAM LEADER position :

 

Mission(s):

 

The Team Leader manages the production team to optimize means and resources dedicated and guarantee full respect of the quality requirements.

 

Activities :

Prepare, organize and manage in an optimal way human and material dedicated resources

Organize and manage the team

Handle the whole activity planning and schedule the workload appropriately

Fix the team objectives

Estimate the requirements in terms of human and material resources

Respect and Apply internal procedures and customer procedures

Respect and Apply the Health and Security rules

Participate in the activities linked to the site

Ensure the follow-up and the control of the activities on the plane

Ensure a reporting to the Sector Manager

Identify and report any dysfunction to the person in charge

Take corrective actions

Experience:

Job accessible starting from a training with a French or equivalent III (Bac + 2)  level with an aeronautical specialization

Or civil or military speciality (BS) ;

And aeronautical experience (2 to 5 years minimum)

 

Start : as soon as possible

Weekly working time : 35h

Contract : 1 year, 6 months trial period
