Description:The Consolidated Resource Scheduling Center (CRSC) Test position requires certifications in both CRSC Operations and Test.

Initial Operations certification will require 3-4 months period on shift.

Once certified the selected candidate will periodically provide crew relief to Operations, and on-call support to assist with problem resolution as needed.

However, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide testing of factory-delivered TREQs software to ensure its functionality prior to release into the operational baseline. This requires CRSC Test personnel to write Discrepancy Reports to identify operational & test issues, identify short-term workarounds and long-term solutions for software issues, develop and implement software test plans, and create operational procedures.

Extensive outreach with external users is also required to coordinate system testing and maintenance down times.

Additionally, this position serves as the site TREQS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides technical training for CRSC Operations, external segment users and the local customer on the use of TREQs software.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in following daily tasking timelines and supporting both routine and ad hoc tasking.

Ability to react quickly and accurately to changing requirements. Able to use logical reasoning to respond with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to function in a multi-contractor environment.

Ability to work effectively with people as part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-contractor team.

Excellent customer relations skills to provide quality service to external users.

Candidate must be able to work a rotating shift schedule. Shifts staffed 24/7, 365 days a year.

Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for conferences and enterprise activities.

Must possess a current TS/SCI.
Desired Skills:
- TREQS software experience, either from the CRSC or one of its users
- Experience interacting with external CRSC groups (factory/users/providers)
- Experience with resource management and scheduling; real-time operations, or performing as a customer interface
- Experience performing software testing in a structured environment
- Experience with the following software tools and languages: SharePoint, MATLAB, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PERL
