Supply Officer

About the role:

This role is in the Commercial Team within our Engineering department and is based at the Brisbane Hangar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance on our major pooling agreements as well as other various vendor contracts.

You will use your problem solving skills to troubleshoot, answer various queries and find solutions. In addition you will process invoices relating to freight and contracts on a monthly, weekly, daily basis. You will focus much time and attention on solving queries with internal and external stakeholders. You may be required to add/update vendor master data in Trax as well as ensuring all compliance to process is followed.

What you’ll need:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in supply chain and knowledge of modern supply chain principles. You will be customer focused with exceptional attention to detail; strong organisational skills and intermediate level MS Office produces and Trax will be highly advantageous.
