About the Job

An excellent overseas job opportunity has arisen in the Middle East with one of our key clients in the Aerospace & Defence sector.  We are searching for a highly skilled Supply Chain Trainer to support the scheduled service programme for our customer based in the Middle East.  In this role, you will be responsible for carrying delivering effective and efficient training analysis, design, development and delivery of training solutions covering Supply Management, to meet the needs and requirements of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

If you are a Supply Chain Trainer currently in search of overseas jobs or have previously considered working in the Middle East, then this role will potentially provide a great opportunity to take the leap with a well-established and respected Aerospace & Defence business.  As Supply Chain Trainer you will be the subject matter expert on all specialist training and instructional activity which will include design, development and implementation of appropriate training aids – including computer-aided instruction and advanced desktop training systems – to ensure course delivery and contractual deliverables.    

As part of a highly skilled and capable overseas team, you will be comfortable producing training support materials – including curriculum, training objectives, syllabuses, course plans, and assessment and evaluation methods – to satisfy customer requirements.

About the Person

The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Trainer position, will most likely hold a Diploma or equivalent qualification in a logistics discipline, have English Language ability to IELTS 6.0 or equivalent achieved within the last 2 years for non-native speakers.  In addition, it would be a distinct advantage if you are a Graduate of an advanced military training school or civilian training establishment with 5 years’ practical experience in Supply Management Systems.

Whilst it isn’t essential for succeeding in overseas jobs, it would be a distinct advantage if you have previous experience of working in the aerospace & defence sector in a Middle East country.  Given the nature of the job, it will also be helpful if you have meticulous attention to detail and can operate to strict deadlines without compromising standards and quality.
