Supply Chain Project Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a Supply Chain Project Manager to work within the premises of a leading aviation systems facility in the UK. This will be on a contact basis to start shortly and run for at least 6 months. You must be available for a telephone interview next week with our client and be prepared to attend an overseas interview if required.

Embedded within the Supplier Team your duties will encompass:

- To identify all outstanding scope (actions & issues)

- Set-up with the supplier a recovery plan and target commitments.

- Follow plan realisation by the supplier and ensure that they meet commitments.

- Building a positive relationship with supplier

Skills:

- Strong Project Management skills

- Good organization

- Project planning skills

- Strong individual able to push completion of actions by the supplier rather than just progress reporting

- Strong communication

- Good reporting skills
