The Supply Chain Coordinator, Strategic Procurement is responsible for the forecast and the logistic of all frozen items inside our supply chain network. He sends orders to suppliers and maintains a highly satisfactory service level for on board product categories such as Club, economy, premium and buy on board program. He analyzes sales trends to avoid significant wastage in the related product categories.
In addition, the coordinator will support the Supply Chain team on sourcing and other special projects.
Responsibilities
* Coordination, preparation, planning and purchase of all frozen items;
* Establish monthly & seasonal forecast by product category;
* Execute orders and shipments as per internal specifications using established processes and systems;
* Analyse sales statistics using a web based platform;
* Coordinate and manage the daily operation with the suppliers;
* Process and coordinate purchase orders via SAP;
* Compile catering report information and track non conformity of products;
* Participate in different files regarding new systems and process improvement;
* Support the supply chain team on sourcing, forecast and other special projects.
Requirements
* A degree in administration or an equivalent grade an asset;
* Training in procurement, an asset;
* Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written, essential;
* Ability to manage multiple files at once;
* Ability to adapt to change oriented on efficiency;
* Knowledge of SAP and MS Office;
* Good analysis skills, sense of priority and communication skills.
