Our client based in Burnley is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to start asap. 3 months in duration but highly likely to be extended.

Represent SQA within the Program/Assembly line teams

* Represent the Assembly lines within SQA

* Ensure information flow down from Programs/Assembly line to SQA Engineers and actions closed.

* Manage Supplier non-conformance in production and manage internal containment activities

* Manage the non-conformance eradication for supplied parts

* Measure Supplier quality for a Program point of view and share information

* Ensure internal QNs are correct for content before forwarding to SQA Engineer

* Manage Supplier quality crisis

* Collect Cost of Non Quality linked to Supplier non-conformance



Experience of SAP is highly desirable

Ability to read Engineering Drawings

Experience in Aerospace or defence
