Must be efficient at multitasking, as this role will require that the candidate perform in both an individual contributor role as well as in a lead position for a development team of hardware and software test engineering professionals.

The individual contributor role will require extensive knowledge and proven history of HW test design. The ability to design HW test interface fixtures and complete automated as well as manual test sets in the digital, analog and RF disciplines is a must. In addition to the HW experience, prior systems and SW background in the test world is a plus.

The Lead role will require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost account management and all facets of earned value statusing and reporting. Ultimate responsibility for project Cost, Technical, and Schedule performance will be a major requirement in this role. This role will require efficient regular interaction with various other teams/organizations such as PMO, I&T, Systems, Manufacturing, and other project stakeholders.
MS Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Project) expertise is highly desirable.
