Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity
Lead the development of new JetWave Ka Band SATCOM system and LRUs. Contribute to strategies for KA Band SATCOM connectivity products, globalization, engineering quality and productivity and develop detailed implementation plans. You will address barriers to project success by elimination or escalation and will work with stakeholders to ensure project success.
You will be responsible for the planning and executing of cutting edge KA Band JetWave SATCOM programs.
The successful candidate will have a background in Aerospace engineering (i.e systems, software, mechanical, electrical) with strong and demonstrable project engineering (PE) skills.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
WE VALUE
* Extensive years of aerospace, Electrical Engineering, systems or software engineering experience
* Working knowledge of overall engineering disciplines – hardware, software, systems development for the product line
* Knowledge of JetWave or other SATCOM systems
* Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
* Experience with project scheduling tools
* Very knowledgeable in the areas of cost, schedule, and resource management preferred
* Earned Value Management experience
* Previous experience in managing aircraft certifications
* Previous experience in supplier management
* Business acumen with a knowledge of current and emerging practices
* Global teaming and collaboration experience
* Experience working directly with customers
