About The Job

Responsible for providing key administrative, clerical and organizational support to American Airlines’ Corporate Real Estate Executive Management

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Protect the integrity of confidential information for all matters

* Coordinate travel arrangements

* Schedule and manage meetings

* Administer time and attendance using Work Brain

* Submit requisitions for office supplies, computer equipment and software

* Create spreadsheets and type correspondence

* Manage meeting set up and coordination

* Receive incoming telephone calls, inquires and correspondence; handles calls appropriately with professionalism at all times

* Create expense reports

* Send and receive email

* Interact with all levels of management and corporate clients / contractors

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma, GED equivalency, or equivalent education/experience

* Prior work experience in a prior Executive Assistant role of office management position supporting Senior or Executive Leadership or Office / Business Management with applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

* Knowledge of policies, procedures and corporate structure

* Knowledge of executive administrative requirements

* Ability to problem solve

* Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills

* Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines

* Ability to maintain confidentially and professionalism

* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization both verbally and written

* Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and the business community

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision

* Ability to partner and collaborate with other administrative team members in a proactive and positive manner
