• Operated at a similar level, particularly around contract performance, consolidation, change and cost / value management, Commercial, Primary Contractor Service provision, operated in complex and critical environment
• Service provider / contractor procurement in an asset / FM environment. Service critical operations, such as airport, hospital, shopping centre or hotel.
• Understands market and service provider procurement models
• Understands market and service provider base
• Able to seek best opportunity and value in procurement and contracts
• Negotiate contract deals to ensure best value
• Self starter & Detailed
• Good understanding of contract T&Cs
