Job Summary

Performs a wide range of internal Service Center/Base administrative and customer service duties which assist in providing efficient Service Center/Base operations. Assignments require applying working knowledge of center/base procedures and workflow activities. Requires working knowledge of SAP and other computer tools. Duties performed under direct to very little supervision.

Job Responsibilities

* Answers customer inquiries regarding scheduling, quoting, and tracking of equipment repairs.

* Prepares repair estimates and transmits information to the customer using appropriate method of communication.

* Unpack customer equipment returned for test/repair from customer. Coordinate and create routine documentation of receipt, repair schedule of equipment necessary to comply with RCI policies and practices. Prepare repaired equipment and required documentation for return shipment to customers. Is a source of information for solutions to non-routine situations.

* Thorough understanding of enterprise systems (SAP) utilized to support efficient processing of all service center related documentation and practices. Develops processes to resolve customer specific requirements or related information.

* Coordinates the screening and directing of incoming calls, and possesses ability to solve Customer Service issues.

* Maintains budgeting and accounting records of sales and operating cost by processing and assigning system charge numbers or corrections.

* Provide forms and documents necessary for compliance with military, FAA and other government agencies and/or customs regulations.

* May be responsible to maintain accountability system on Collins Rental/Exchange units and coordinate movements of units with customers and pool coordinators in CR to allow for effective and efficient processing of orders.

* Determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
