Health, Safety, & Environment

1. Plan, implement, and monitor specific AFM Health, Safety, and Environment plans, policies, and procedures, to provide operational assurance and protect employee and customer health and safety
2. Manage and support AFM supplier compliance with the client’s environmental strategy, policies, and procedures
3. Manage the development of the site’s AFM Health & Safety strategy and plan to promote a safe and secure working environment
4. Develop and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and processes for AFM operations in line with local and international requirements, and good practice
5. Manage and monitor the implementation to Health, Safety, and Environment requirements and programmes within AFM at the site, in alignment with the client
6. Oversee checks and audits during implementation of minor capital projects to oversee compliance of project teams with Health, Safety, and Environment requirements
7. Identify and oversee the management of risks related to AFM Health, Safety, and Environment at the site

Risk & Business Continuity

1. Support the preparation of strategic and operational guidelines for AFM business continuity
2. Manage the AFM risk management framework, encompassing all AFM activities
3. Manage the AFM risk register and reporting
4. Develop a  AFM business continuity framework, and facilitation of continuation of AFM services and activities following any major or unplanned crisis event
5. Manage the testing of robustness of the AFM business continuity plan through stress and scenario testing and simulations
