We are currently seeking a Sr. Logistics Associate/Government Property to join our highly experienced interdisciplinary team. The candidate must be a team-oriented contributor and will have the responsibility for:

* Responsible for compliance to contract requirements, regulations and UTC/UTAS/Site policies and procedures for managing customer property.
* Manage the customer property storerooms, including tracking of materials and property received and issued between the storeroom and the Operations Work Centers
* Perform annual property self-assessments utilizing standard processes; support third party audits and drive corrective actions identified in the audit process.
* Perform routine physical inventories of property located on site and at remote locations.
* Responsible for generating and providing accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for internal and external customers.
* Responsible for performing all property closeout activities including any disposition actions and/or loss of customer property.
* Schedule and provide data to Procurement for performing subcontractor audits.
* Responsible for routinely assessing procedures to provide suggestions for streamlining and improving each process.
* Conduct property compliance and awareness training sessions at all levels.
* Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices.

Qualification:
* Knowledge of FAR, DFARS is preferred
* Government property management experience is preferred
* Experience communicating/briefing at all levels within an organization
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point is preferred)
* Physical inventory and material handling experience is preferred
* Proficient in SAP (or comparable ERP system), MS SharePoint
* Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels including internal & external customers
* Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment or independently.
* Ability to create and establish processes.
* Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
* Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
* Due to Program & Projects requirement, US Citizenship is requires
* Candidate may be required to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Education:
* BA/BS degree – 4+ years of work related experience is required

* National Property Management Association Certification, preferred
