Get to know the role:

In this new role, our Inflight Services (IFS) F&B Specialist will oversee all aspects of planning for food & beverage onboard our aircraft. Reporting directly to the IFS Planning Manager you will be a driven individual and you will apply a best-practice approach across all functions to ensure smooth transitions to our catering operations team for delivery.

You will work closely with the Customer Experience Product Team who define the long-term strategy, and then to work with your team and your suppliers to strategically plan and execute changes and new initiatives within agreed budgets and timelines.

This role is all about:

* Ensuring we offer our guests the best food and beverage experience

* Managing the relationship with your supply base

* Ensuring our menus are designed to budget

* Product and systems management across Inflight Services

Let’s get to know you:

You will need to have:

* Experience of airline menu development

* Experience and/or education in food development, food manufacturing or food retail

* Strong commercial and financial acumen

* Strong relationship management skills, enabling you to build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers

* Organisational skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and other Catering systems
