Description:Position is in support of multiple programs in the Eastern Maryland area focusing on Cyber Security from a Software QA perspective. Candidate will ensure proper procedure, test, and delivery processes are adhered to, and perform regular auditing to ensure 100% process compliance.

The preferred candidate should have a demonstrated background in Quality Assurance techniques, best practices and business processes within Software Engineering Lifecycles and Projects. Candidate should be adept in dealing with difficult and dynamic challenges associated with a large program. The preferred candidate will have strong decision making and leadership capabilities.
The position will require the candidate to:
• Review plans and procedures and assist with the implementation/utilization of Quality Assurance across the program.
• Provide leadership for external assessments, to include CMMI, AS9100.
• Perform audits across the multiple programs (including major subcontractor).
• Perform independent oversight of software projects and tasks critical to the program within a team environment.
• Performing quality assurance analysis of performance metrics.
The position will require the individual to work with the project managers, team leads, systems engineers, functional managers, and staff members to drive the successful implementation of projects, tasks and technical deliverables.
Experience using Quality tools within a large program environment is required. Experience implementing and supporting ISO, CMMI and AS9100 audits and best practices on large programs and within project environments is desired. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, integration and qualification testing of software components, as well as develop, maintain and execute a QA audit schedule. Candidate will conduct internal software quality audits, perform software product evaluations, participate on Integrated Product Development Teams and provide quality assessment on software development process on a continuous basis. Candidate will ensure that the software quality records database, and supporting documentation are prepared and maintain in accordance documented requirements. Will review and submit process audit reports and track process corrective action requests and support program senior corrective action board meetings as required. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling QA witness support for formal qualification tests.
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance and would need to work out of either Hanover, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD. The programs that this person would support are:

DC3, RR, EI, SS, WS, International Programs, SQ, CTS, DO.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Cyber Security preferred. Must already posses a TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph examination
