Description
L-3 Aeromet is a Division of L-3 Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector and main office is located in Tulsa, OK. Aeromet is established within the DoD Community as the developer and operator of special mission ISR systems. We provide special mission system design, modification, and operations with emphasis on the development and integration of state-of-the-art EO/IR sensor systems.
The Software Development Intern will develop software for a software engineering department to be used as part of a DoD program. The intern will utilize Integrated development tools and the C/C++/C# and/or Java language.The intern will set the highest ethical standards for self and others. The intern will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Must be enrolled as full time student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
* Must be classified as either a Junior/Senior/Graduate status (minimum 60 semester hours or equivalent credits).
* Must have completed at least one class in computer programming and have class experience with C/C++, C# and/or Java.
* Must be in good academic standing and have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
* Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
* Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
