Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control - Orlando is currently seeking a Software Engineering Test Lead for the ARRW program. This position requires extensive experience in the full lifecycle of SW development for missile systems with a focus on the test aspects. Candidate will have experience developing test requirements, test plans, test procedures and execution of software testing including Formal Qualification Testing (FQT).

Basic Qualifications:
- Full software development life cycle experience including requirements, analysis, design, code, hardware/software integration, test and verification

- Strong C/C++ skills

- Hardware/software integration experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication and teaming skills.
Desired Skills:
- Hardware in the Loop experience is desired

- Static code coverage analysis experience is desired
