As a Software Engineer II you will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and integration of software.
You will demonstrate success by:
* Design, document, develop, integrate and test software using C++
* Participate in requirements development
* Participate in code reviews
* Document, debug and correct Bugs
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
* Must be a U.S. Citizen with the existing DoD Secret clearance with current 5-year update. Ability to obtain and maintain additional clearances as required
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering,Computer Science or related field with required software experience
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Computer/Software Engineering field
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in C++
* Familiarity with parallel and distributed processing concepts
* Experience developing software in/for Linux
* Comfortable scripting (e.g. python, bash)
* Fluent in C++, including template metaprogramming and the STL
* Knowledge of design patterns (e.g. MVC, Factory, Builder)
* Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment
*
Familiarity with MPI, Boost libraries and reading/using UML/SysML for SW design desired
*
Ability to lift up to 20Ibs and travel up to 10%
