Job Description
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and/or modifying software systems. You will also, present ideas for system improvements, conduct impact analysis for software changes, produce detailed specifications, and write software code.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements
* Conducting unit tests and documents findings
* Supporting formal testing before code is promoted to production.
* Adhering to program configuration change control standards
* Understanding the structure and functionality of the COTS applications
* Extending applications by using applicable application tools
* Maintaining knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application
you will have experience with the following:
* Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
* Candidates must have skills in the following areas:
* Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipeline principles and SecDevOps best practices
* Java, Node.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, BASH, Spring, Swagger
* Elasticsearch
* MySQL, RDS
* C2S Services
* Apache Tomcat, JDBC, ANT, Active Directory, LDAP, Regex, SQL, JSON
* Linux CentOS, GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps process
You will have one of the following:
* 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
* 10 Years of job related experience and Associate degree
* 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
* 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
* 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
Experience with the following is a plus:
* Katalon, Selenium
* AWS Solutions Architect or Developer, or DevOps certification
