Description
Simulator Planner
(based in Budapest)
Responsibilities:
* Determine and book the necessary training devices for mid-term (3 months) and long term (6 months)
* Prepare mid-term training plan for Simulator related duties
* Plan all Simulator related training duties for flight deck crew as described in Operations Manual as part of the monthly roster planning
* Plan all Simulator related training duties for internal and external trainers as part of the monthly roster planning
* Create all necessary reports
* Cooperate with Training Department and the Approved Training Organization on Simulator long term capacity planning and on changes in training requirements
* Cooperate with external partners to ensure balanced coverage of external trainers and training devices
Requirements:
* College or University degree
* Fluent spoken / written English
* Good computing knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Creative thinking, attention to details
* Precise, punctual working manner
* Ability to work under pressure
* Team player
