Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is a Centre of excellence for Aviation Training in the Middle East, based in Doha, Qatar. QAC currently delivers approved EASA B1, B2 and A1.1 License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses as well as ATSEP Ground Avionics courses. QAC also delivers courses in Pilot Training (MPL, PPL & ATPL), ATC, Meteorology (MET) and Airport Operations Management (AOM).
QAC invites professionals meeting the following requirements to join our team for the position of;
Simulator Maintenance & Operation Manager
Minimum qualifications and experience required are:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have extensive experience in the running of a simulator training center, including procurement of devices.
- Must have experience in the certification processes of FSTDs and training facilities.
- A knowledge of authorities requirements and regulations and have an understanding of
- JAA/EASA/QCAA standards and regulations
- Have overall experience of 10 years within which at least 3 years’ experience in managerial position
- in the aviation industry
- At least 7 years of significant experience in the design and maintenance of full flight simulators and FTDs.
- Excellent organization, communication, computer operations, leadership and team building skills are required
