Specific Job Description

The Service Transformation and Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions within systems solutions that
enable the delivery of high quality services to our customers, and to ensure processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a customer facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the team to achieve those expectations. A key function of this role is to support the transformation of the current Service Management practices and processes. The role holder will also be required to support the European Operations Manager in growing the Service Management function by capturing and onboarding new business

Duties / Responsibilities:

* Share responsibility to cover absence of the European Operations Manager, manage the Operations department ensuring the LMCC maintains exacting standards of Service Delivery and customer focus including being point of contact for ‘out of hours’ escalation.
* Support the transformation of current services and aid in the transition of new services and business
* Champion Operations in programme boards and develop a strong understanding of projects that will impact on operations and ensure service impact is minimised and agreed both internally and externally
* Develop and maintain service management plans and processes
* Responsible for ensuring that the goals and objectives of the Business Continuity Management process are met
* Management of risks and mitigation actions in MSA areas of responsibility
* Apply the best support practices to deliver within cost and schedule in areas of responsibility
* When required attend daily Operations meeting acting as advisor to schedule or resolving resource problems and provide day to day analysis and advice when required
* Oversee and manage the operational aspects of MSA related projects and serve as liaison between programme management and planning, project team and line management
* Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
* Attend meetings as directed by System Solutions business rhythm
* Review and act on business intelligence reports
* Contribute towards future support proposal activities
