It’s an exciting time for the Jetstar Technology team as we evolve with our business and ever-changing industry. The team is accountable for architecture, information management, cyber security, infrastructure and IT operations. We also provide service management functions through managed services arrangements and service provider contracts. Jetstar Technology works across the whole Jetstar business to plan and implement the organisation’s IT strategy, enhance and maintain our IT services, and ensure seamless and people-focused implementation of new systems.

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join us. While this role will primarily focus on Corporate systems, including HR, Finance and Legal, there is opportunity for this role to cover other areas of the business as well. The key objective is to ensure that systems are maintained and perform effectively to meet SLAs and business needs. There will also be an element of change – both cultural and process change associated with enhancing and maturing this function.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Support Services, your main accountabilities will include:

• Leading the technical support team to ensure that corporate applications are deployed efficiently within the business and in line with the organisation’s technology Strategy
• To provide subject expertise for the management of corporate systems and associated products, being the strategic driver for the product.
• To build and manage the relationship with key suppliers and vendors supporting those systems
• Provide subject experience, implementation skills for HR, Finance solutions and Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions.
• Assist and work with the Group IT services team as necessary to provide effective support services to satisfy the needs of our customers. To progress any support calls and liaise with Group IT staff and 3rd parties to ensure the prompt resolution of all requests in line with the Service/Operational Level Agreements
• To ensure changes to Jetstar’s IT systems follow agreed processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers at all levels to understand their business drivers and work with the systems analyst to understand requirements and deliver/promote technical solutions as appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Previous service delivery management and vendor/supplier management experience.
• Experience in application support management in a multi-sourced and offshore environment.
• IT customer satisfaction measurement and SLA reporting.
• Experience and knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks including ITIL.
