Description:A Sensors Lead is needed on a program that is developing a supersonic missile sensor suite. The Sensors Lead will assume responsibility for the sensor’s requirements definition, completion of sensor design trades, and finally sensor down-select. Experience working with RF sensors is required. A working knowledge of GPS, IMU, and sensor datalinks will also be instrumental in the successful performance of this assignment. MFCREFER

Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform the following Systems RF Design and Analysis assignments:

Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of radar and RF systems and associated performance modeling.

Develop RF systems (radar related systems and subsystems) to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation.

Coordinate vendors and other team members in development of passive/active RF sensor systems for test/evaluation.

Assist in the flow down of radar requirements to testable modular hardware and software.

Define requirements capability for Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH) or passive RF electronic surveillance (ES) hardware.

Demonstrate capability in ES/ARH systems engineering, algorithm development, and signal processing.

Support trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.

Currently holds a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
