Are you an Senior Site Manager / Project Manager who lives near the South Coast and want to work on a brand new long term project in Bexhill? The successful Senior Site Manager could earn 15% of their salary again as a bonus and this is paid twice a year. You will also receive an excellent salary, company car, benefits, ongoing training etc. What more could you ask for? The project will be delivered over 3.5 years and consists for over 200 units. Mostly traditional build private housing, but it also includes flats, shared ownership and housing association units. You will head up the site team, and you will work alongside a Site Manager and two Assistant Site Managers.
The company have a number of other schemes in Kent and Sussex, so there is a good opportunity to keep working working close to home in the years to come.
