Join us as a Senior Safety and Reliability Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St Bruno, Quebec.
As a Senior Safety and Reliability Engineer, you will perform the safety and reliability processes and activities along the whole lifecycle of Bombardier Transportation’s products and subsystems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess Product Safety and Reliability, record and validate activities in projects, or support Product Families;
- Communicate and support other engineering functions, assessors and stakeholders with respect to project or Product Family work;
- Lead the Product Safety activities related to the management of incidents, accidents and near-misses;
- Plan and report horizontal activities associated with the role.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience;
- Experience in safety and reliability;
- Knowledge and experience in the interpretation and application of relevant standards, laws and regulation;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
