Job Summary: The Senior Project Engineer has responsibility for technical leadership of one or more Range and Test System related projects and will be responsible for meeting technical, budget and schedule milestones for all assigned projects. The Senior Project Engineer is further responsible for organizing the project team, developing tasks and generating the project schedule. Will also provide written reports and monthly program status reviews, coordination of project task direction and completion with Engineering Team, Manufacturing and Program Management. Will coordinate projects as required, Estimates to Complete (ETC), provide proposal development support and help with the coordination with project customers to ensure customer satisfaction. We seek candidates who share our values: • Integrity • Excellence • Accountability • Respect Qualifications Qualifications : * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent course of study) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. * 4 years’ experience working in an Engineering Development Environment leading small (<$5M), fast-paced projects. * Familiarity with the typical development gates (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc..) is a must. Special Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must currently meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to DoD classified information. U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance are required for this position.
