Role Purpose

Review and develop sourcing strategies for the identified work category including category management methodologies, and procure goods and services in the identified work category.

Key Accountability

Identify and execute against agreed KPIs to leverage spend and maximise savings opportunities.

Work with clients and business owners to influence business decisions pertaining to third-party procurement activities.

Conduct regular user communication pertaining to procurement’s processes, roles and value.

Assist in the planning and execution of sourcing events, and report results to the management.

Support implementation framework for sourcing category to ensure effective implementation and utilisation of e-Procurement tools.

Qualification

Degree - Full time degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related degree

Working Experience

7 - 3 years in managerial role, 3 years in supply chain/procurement and operations.

Skill & Knowledge

Leadership, purchasing fundamentals, international business acumen, good spoken and written English, analytical skills,

Preferred- SAP and ARIBA knowledge.

Possess negotiation skill
