Senior Operations Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Administrate all operations training, training program and all training materials;

• Liaise with other company departments to ensure training objectives are met;

• Prepare and provide all training activities for the concerned functions;

• Monitor and maintain all training records and activities;

• Ensure all safety training report to CAAT;

• Conduct in-house training courses;

• Support the manager of Operations training in all aspects to ensure that the regulatory and non-regulatory training is completed.

Qualification

• Male or female age over 25 years old;

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

• Minimum 2 years experience in aviation training or in related field;

• Good communication skill in English at minimum TOEIC score 550 points with two years validity of issued date.

• Good and proven knowledge of office software, IT literacy in general and good administrative skills.
