As the Supplier Gold Program Manager, UTAS Supplier Performance, this role will represent UTAS supplier performance in internal, supplier, and customer executive supplier performance reviews. This senior management role is responsible for cross-regional process/project improvements, ensuring alignment with UTAS Supply Chain Business Process Management. Below are the key deliverables for the role:

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage supplier gold program including the monthly gold control tower, annual gold plan, LE, strategies to achieve plan, recovery, gold certifications, and standard work. Provide leadership to drive Gold certifications across UTAS
* Annual SDPM process including pre-population, creating training/standard work, training SBU leads, collaborating to complete SDPM, analysis, planning, and execution.
* Data/Reporting: Manage data collection from all UTAS SBUs including delivery, overdue, and quality. Manage monthly dashboard creation, PDPRs, scorecard releases, turn backs, corrective actions.
* Digital strategy: Work with eSolutions, BPM and IT to enhance and create digital tools to help streamline data collection, analysis, and visualizations. Manage creation of overall SP dashboard, and separate dashboards for various metrics.
* Manage implementation of new supplier portal apps and create methods/processes to analyze/visualize additional data from these apps.
* ESIP program: Identify key global suppliers impacting UTAS production due to delivery/quality issues, work with SBU/Commodity stakeholders to schedule ESIP meetings with top supplier leadership. Maintain RACI and Standard work/template for ESIPs.
* Executive/customer reporting: Provide support for monthly PDPRs with senior leadership as well as support for any other reviews with customers and other UTAS leadership
* Manage Quest team of about 15 contractors who provide support for monthly data and reporting, as well provide development support for new digital tools.
* Manage the buffer process across UTAS including expansion across other SBUs and transition to the supplier portal
* Manage and implement standard procedures across UTAS on supplier performance metric definitions including on-time delivery (Corrected/Uncorrected), Escapes, PPM, Buffer compliance, Overdue.
* Manage RRCA and corrective action implementation for any turn backs/QCPC on scorecards, metrics, and dashboards.
* Travel Requirement: 10-20%

Qualification:
Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality/Procurement/Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing or related area with a continued proven track record of performance achievement and growth and increased level of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certified Lean Practitioner/ACE Associate or Six Sigma Green Belt (senior continuous improvement accreditation preferred such as Lean + Six Sigma, ACE Practitioner/Master)
* Experience leading change/improvement implementation programs with both senior management and operational teams
* Proficient in PowerPoint/Excel
* Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret results and problem-solving.
* Strong strategic leadership, results orientation, and solid business judgment, as well as experience with developing talent in a diverse team, customer focus, senior executive communications, and international trade compliance/export controls.

Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other Business related field.
* Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
