Wizz Air Holdings plc is an ultra-low cost airline listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of approx. €5bln. The Group is looking for a Senior Manager of Investor Relations to oversee all investor relations activities, reporting directly to the CFO, based in Budapest, Hungary.
The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will have a dynamic and energetic personality partnering closely with the CFO and acting as the face and voice of Wizz Air in the financial markets across Europe and the US.
Specific Responsibilities

Manage the investor relations function with day-to-day interaction with sell-side analysts and the investor community organising presentations and meetings representing the strategic value of the company.

Coordinate quarterly earnings reporting/release process, including production of key materials for the earnings release and call
*
Execute the annual investor relations programme which includes leading equity investor roadshows, presentation at investor conferences and coordinating capital market days.
*
Ensuring compliance with the Group’s regulatory obligations as a UK listed company (e.g. FCA rules, LSE rules).
* < >e, interpret and communicate Wizz Air’s financial results in a consistent and thorough manner and provide guidance and assist analysts with their detailed financial models
Manage the Company’s share register, maintaining a quality investor base and ensuring EEA/Non-EEA ownership levels are maintained.

Effectively communicate key market and competitive information, including investor opinion and research, to the relevant internal parties

Coordinate comprehensive Q&A documents that cover financial, business, legal, and competitive issues relevant to Wizz Air’s markets

Identify target key audiences and develop strategic communication plan to match customer needs based on shareholder analys
Audiences:

External: Financial community – equity research analysts, fund managers, financial advisors/wealth managers, retail investors
* Internal: Officers, Functional Heads and employees - CEO/CFO
Qualifications/Experience:
*
Strong finance or economics degree
*
5-7+ years relevant work/finance experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, equity research, consulting, finance or corporate communications
*
Proven leadership skills, experience in similar environments (size, complexity).Result-oriented, persistent, dependable, and consistent and ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals are met.

Strong communication and presentation skills,
*
Execution-focus coupled with strategic agility and the ability to continuously prioritize and deliver against evolving initiatives and business priorities
*
A self-motivated who is equally comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves as s/he is working across teams and functions to influence action.

As an important ambassador for the Company a positive and energetic personality is required.

Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international organization

University degree
*
Fluent in English, both oral and written

* Able to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
