Job Summary

Exhibiting your strong leadership qualities, you will own the allocated customer account(s) within the business, and ensure that all aspects of the account (s) are aligned with both the business and customer requirements and expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be required to deliver the highest quality of customer service, to both external and internal customers, acting as the focal point for all communication and information between the customer and gate gourmet As the Senior Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders have clarity and are compliant with the customer contract, service level agreements and agreed kpi’s and the ongoing performance against those items through the provision of accurate monthly reports. You will take ownership of new menu development processes and work across the business with all internal stakeholders, ensuring to ensure awareness of timelines and responsibilities to deliver business and customer objectives. Focussing on customer relations, you will be responsible for existing and new customer relationship management and ensuring that strong relationships are maintained. You will oversee the review of customer complaints and the implementation of solutions ensuring the solutions / outcomes are communicated to the client effectively. Using your strong analytical skills, you will support the commercial director / global account managers in preparing and updating account plans based on accurate analysis of business data and objective decision making. The role will require flexibility of being able to travel within the UK&I.

Education:

* Educated to a degree level

Work Experience:

* Extensive experience in a similar role

* Previous experience in the food industry preferred.

Other Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

* Basic Food Hygiene

* Good English and numeracy skills

* Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent

* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Demonstrable relevant industry experience

* Demonstrable account management / customer services experience
