Description
Senior Planning and Project Manager
(based in Budapest)
Purpose of the position:
Senior Planning and Project Manager will have overall responsibility for Cabin and Cockpit Crew budgeting, roster planning, and quality of life initiatives for the entire Wizz Air network.
Responsibilities:
* Cabin and Flight Crew headcount planning, forecasting and monitoring
* Optimize crew cost and continuously seek for cost saving opportunities
* Review and validate the commercial schedule and define effiency related actions
* Report and analyze operations KPI’s (monthly and seasonal)
* Review the crew rosters monthly/seasonal
* Review monthly/annual HP allocation feedback to the relevant stakeholders
* Validate crew pairings from feasibility, efficiency and fatigue point of view
* Standardize planning techniques
* Analyze and adapt fatigue risk management principles
* Countinously training the Planning Team (skill and knowledge)
* Coordinate projects between OCC, Training department, Flight Operations and Cabin Operations
* Seek for new opportunities in automation and system enhancements
* Improve internal and external processes
* Improve and optimize crew utilization
* Lead Crew „Quality of life” projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* Ability to live and work in Budapest
* Fluent English speaker
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* College or University degree in hand
* Creative and proactive personality with „can do” approach
* Leadership skills
* Advanced computer skills
* Experienced with working to deliver company’s KPIs
* Ability to work in fast-changing environment
* Team player
* Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements are advantages
