In your role, you will:

- Review, draft, edit and negotiate contractual terms and conditions of aircraft purchase agreements with external customers;
- Proactively ensuring that contractual risks are evaluated and assessed;
- Ensure appropriate level of traceability with regard to contractual back-up documentation required for transaction review/approval purposes and compliance to Corporate Policy;
- Ensure the liaison between various internal departments, management, and customers relating to the aircraft purchase agreement;
- Participate in customer meetings, as required, to ensure items having contractual implications are addressed in a manner that respects the contract;
- Implement process improvements;
- Travel from time to time;
- Foster collaborative team work and build business relationship with customer and internal stakeholders.;

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent with previous contract management experience;
- You have 8 years or more of experience in deal negotiation and/contract management
- Proven experience or extensive knowledge of the aviation industry is an asset;
- You are customer focused and oriented;
- You possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
- You have excellent communication (writing and oral) and negotiating skills combined with the ability to understand and interpret contractual terms and conditions;
- You have the ability to work flexible, extended and/or irregular working hours in line with business demands, together with an ability to travel on short notice;
- You must be creative and analytical;
- You have the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
- You are bilingual – French and English. Knowledge of a third language is an asset.
