The Passenger Recovery Team seek eager and motivated coworker to supplement the Recovery position.

The Passenger Recovery Team is responsible for assisting our passengers when disruptions occur. This includes planning how to get our passengers to their destination with the minimum of inconvenience and provide information to the passengers, Ground Handlers and our Customer Care team.

Job description

• Responsible for coordinating passenger irregularities, secure information internally and externally

• Assist IOCC Duty Managers during irregularities

• Make sure passengers are informed at all times during irregularities

• Make decisions regarding handling of passengers when we experience irregularities

• Make sure all passengers are taken care of

• Be point of contact for OCC, handling agents, coordinators, others

• Responsible to follow up manuals, and to make sure these are always correctly updated

• Updated Todays Traffic on web

• Log daily traffic and incidents

• Assist on training and contribute to developing knowledge regarding

irregularities internally and externally

• Collect information regarding reasons for irregularities

• Serve customers via Social Media

• When required, participate in various projects

• Stay updated on current legislations regarding passenger handling

• Assist with other task in the Customer Care process

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with handling passenger irregularities

• Flexibility

• Ability and desire to develop professionally

• Very good Norwegian/Scandinavian and English skills, both oral and written

• Eager and willing to take on any challenge!

• Working experience from Airport operations is essential

• Documented DCS/ALTEA skills is required
