Blue Islands is a privately and independently owned Channel Islands based regional airline, which became a Flybe franchise partner in 2016, operating flights in Flybe branded aircraft between the Channel Islands and to the UK. Blue Islands operates an all ATR fleet comprising of ATR 72 and ATR 42 aircraft and employs 100 people across its bases in Guernsey and Jersey.

Ensuring the safety of, and delivering outstanding customer service to Blue Islands’ customers is only part of what we are looking for from new recruits to our Cabin Crew team. These are full time positions with a varied rostered shift pattern.

A minimum of 12 months’ continuous flying experience is essential for Senior Cabin Crew applicants, ideally in a Senior Cabin Crew role and within the past 36 months. You will be in possession of a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and Cabin Crew Medical Certificate. You must be able to swim and provide references to pass a 5 year background and criminal record check.

Whilst accommodation will not be provided, assistance will be given to successful candidates in securing accommodation together with obtaining the relevant residency/housing licenses.
