Senior AssociateAssistant Manager Capital Asset Management Enterprise Performance 1781

As part of the Capital Asset Management team, you will be a key member responsible for fixed asset accounting and reporting. Your daily activities include accounting for capitalization, transfers, change of asset life and disposals of fixed assets in SAP. You will be involved in month end close activities such as preparation of accruals for work done but not invoiced and reconciliation of fixed asset to General Ledger.



Besides the tracking of actual expenditure against capital budget, you will also perform quarterly and yearly depreciation forecast. On the annual basis, you will assist in fixed asset audit count and annual asset impairment exercise. You will also be involved in the preparation of fixed asset schedules for statutory reporting and liaise with internal and external auditors with regards to fixed assets accounting and tracking.



Requirement

· Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
· Minimum one to two years relevant working experience in a large corporation
· Experience from one of the Big 4 Audit firms will be advantageous
· Excellent written and communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point
· Analytical, excellent attention to details, resourceful and independent
· Good working knowledge in SAP and business analytics tools
