Job Role:
VHR is currently searching for a Safety Manager for a Client, a helicopter operator in Germany.
Duties:
responsible for monitoring Flight Safety
- responsible for the Management Manual and the ERP
- rerfom investigations regarding Occurrence Reports
- responsible for identification of potential hazards and there evalution
- initiation of actions regarding HFDM events
- HFDM Manager function
- accountable Manager consulting
- attendance at external audits
- up to 50 percent flight service
- up to 50 percent office activity
Required:
- Pilot license with H145 or AW 139 rating
- This position has to be applied by the EASA Form 4 at the LBA.
- Safety Management System Seminar
- EASA Air Operations Seminar
- good knowledge of Regulations EU 2018/1139, 1178/2011 and 965/2012
- approporiate management experience in a similar organisation or position
- basic knowledge of German
- close interaction with the authorities and the company postholder
- team skills
- flexibility to work in the office and to fly
